Units are suitable only for day time use on a closed tracks, except for street legal versions. Make reasonable demands on your bike. These units were not designed for high impact tricks or stunts. Damage caused by misuse of off road specific units such as driving on public roads, extreme off road use, stunt driving, modification, over-use, and neglect, is not covered by our warranty. Proper maintenance of this product is essential to trouble free operation. Please use caution when riding any motorized vehicle. Always were a helmet. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment for all online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Klarna Finance.
Your order will not be processed if the credit card you entered is declined or unauthorized. 
We also accept money orders, cashiers checks or cash wires. These payments are also eligible for a discount. In those cases we will ship the product once the payment is received. When you send a check the order will be processed once the check is cleared. Please contact us first if you are using this payment method.

Is my credit card information safe when ordering from Orion Powersports?

Yes! Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority. We use a 256 bit encrypted system protected by an SSL to receive orders. We will never sale, rent, or lease your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for any reason. We will also ask you to confirm your shipping address just to make sure we get your order right the first time.


Do you offer bulk rate discounts?

Yes, we do. If you plan to purchase 3 or more, email us at info@orionpitbikesales.com and we will give you a bulk rate or multi bike discount discount. Please include what model you are interested in and the quantity.

Do you guarantee color choices on bikes?

Colors are not guaranteed but we try our best to match your requested color. However, color is based on stock availability. If we cannot accommodate your color choice, we will send what is available at the time. We recommend that you choose 2 color choices when ordering. When choosing colors, the 1st color choice is your preferred choice and the backup color choice is what you would prefer in case the 1st is not available. If you choose the same color on both, this does not mean you will receive that color and we will automatically choose a second color option for you if the 1st is unavailable. In most cases, the color would be the plastic body pieces on the bike (i.e. side shrouds, fenders, etc). Bike graphics, stickers, design, dimensions, weight, etc that are shown in pictures are subject to change at any time, including the design, color, number of stickers and location of such. Unless specified in the bike description, most graphics kits do not come with numbers. 



CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your part or bike order but you will be subject to the following fees.

Cancellation fees?

Cancellation of a bike order: Because we process and ship bike orders quickly you have 24 hours from the time you order to cancel your bike order. Because our other merchant processors do not refund us the transaction fee, If you cancel a bike order within the first 24 hours, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellation of order(s) because of color availability or model upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do not allow cancellation of Pro Prep, Special Edition bikes, Pro/Race Ready, Works prep bikes or bikes that have custom modifications. We do not allow cancellations due to back ordered models. Most back ordered models are restocked regularly unless there are extenuating circumstances (act of nature, regulatory issues, etc). There are no cancellations due to shipping damage. There is no cancellations of order if we are holding your bike for delayed shipping. Canceling a bike order due to not confirming your sales receipt/credit card receipt will result in a 25% restock fee. 

Cancellation of a pre order/sale bike: We do not allow cancellations of pre order/sale bikes within the first 60 days of your order date. After 60 days we will allow you to cancel with a 10% (of total order) cancellation fee. Pre orders cannot be cancelled once the bikes arrive in stock.

Cancellation of a part order: Because we process and ship part orders quickly you have 24 hours from the time you order to cancel your part order. If you cancel a part order within the first 24 hours there will be a 3% cancellation fee. After that you will be subjected to the return policy. Cancellation/Admin fee is 25% of the invoice total after 24 hours. We do not allow cancellations due to back ordered parts. We do not allow cancellation of custom or special order parts. Most parts are in stock and available but because of manufacturing and supply issues with certain parts/brands, occasionally an item might be back ordered. Such items usually restock within 30 days.

If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will also be responsible for all shipping cost associated with your purchase and the restock fee. There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges.

Cancellation of an Apparel order:
Because our items are all print on demand items, we cannot cancel your apparel order after it is placed. Please make sure you check sizing, style and color options to make sure you have these correct before you order.

****We cannot cancel any order due to COVID or any other health restrictions/issues that slow down shipping, supply lines, inventory, delivery, etc. This is and will be treated as an act of God or natural disaster.

SHIPPING

When will you ship my order(s)?

Bikes:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after your payment and conformation/digital signature is received. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Un-assembled bikes ships within 1-2 business days after processing.

Assembled bikes takes 6-8 business days to prepare and ship.

Assembled + Pro Prep Service bikes takes 9-12 business days to prep and ship.

Assembled + Pro Prep + Works Prep Service bikes take 11-14 business days to prep and ship.

Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for Suspension mods 

All of these dates are estimates and a guideline to use for estimating when the bike will be shipped. shipping times will vary based on your location. Once your order status shows shipped use that tracking number to get a more accurate delivery date. The shipping company will call you to set up the actual delivery. All bikes are shipped with a FREIGHT trucking company.  

We will update your online account on your order status. See below for status definitions

Pre Order/Sale Bikes: 
Pre Order/Sale bike orders are defined as bikes that are not yet in stock but are on the way from our factory. Because we have a limited number of bikes, we allow you to pre order some models early to lock in your bike and price. We set our inventory to match what we know is arriving in stock. If you complete a pre order, you are guaranteed to get the bike. Normally pre sale bikes arrive within 30-60 days of your transaction but there are times that shipments get delayed by things like logistics issues, customs, weather and other events that are out of our control. We will do our best to communicate these instances should they arise. When these bikes arrive to us, we immediately start to prepare them for shipping according to how you ordered. The above prep times will apply. Please allow a little extra time for prepping your bike if you ordered assembled, pro prep or works prep as we normally received a large amount of bikes at one time, when pre order bikes arrive.

Parts:

Most part orders ship within 1-3 business days but there are some specialty, non OEM parts that we offer that could take an extra 1-2 business days to ship. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

ALL APOLLO, RPS AND SSR PART ORDERS SHIP FROM THEIR WAREHOUSES TO OUR LOCATION IN TEXAS AND THEN SHIP TO YOU. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP THESE PARTS.

Apparel:

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 
  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  • The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
  • Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days. 

 

Account Status definitions for bikes and part orders:

 

We will update your online account at each step of the order and fulfillment process. Here are our current status' and description for each.

"Processing" = Order placed and we are processing your order

"Digital Signature Needed" or "ID Verification needed" = Your order is over $100 and we are waiting for you to complete your digital signature. Or we are waiting on a completed ID check. If your billing and shipping address is different and your order is over $100, we will ask you to verify your ID. This is to protect your credit card from being used fraudulently.

"Awaiting Assembly" = Bike has been pulled from inventory and in line to be assembled, pro prepped or works prepped.

"Bike being assembled/prepped"  = Bike has been assigned to a tech and is being assembled, pro prepped or works prepped.

"Awaiting Shipment" = For bikes, this means your bike is complete and being placed on a pallet and ready to ship. For parts this means your item is being packed and labeled. 

*Bike orders in this status usually ship within 24-48 hours pending the freight shipping company pickup schedule. 


"Shipped" = Your order has shipped!. There will also be a tracking # in your online account and you will receive an email with tracking info. DO NOT click the tracking link in the email or online as it will not work. You will need to copy and paste the tracking # into the shipping companies website,  i.e. UPS.com, Fedex.com, USPS.com,  etc.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

We ship daily, Monday through Friday.

How do you ship?

Bikes:

All of our pit bikes go thru a double inspection process before they are shipped to ensure they are not damaged or missing items.
All bikes are shipped thru truck freight. We have shipping agreements with over 15 different providers. This means we can pick and choose the safest carrier and fastest carrier depending on where we are shipping your bike. While it is not common, damage can happen to bikes while in transit. All freight is insured so you don't have to worry and we will help you resolve any issue with respect to damage of your items, if this happens, only if shipment has been marked as damaged or missing items upon delivery.  Please inspect your shipment to make sure all parts are there, including extra parts like added performance parts, starter kits, etc if that applies to your order.

Normal delivery time is 4-8 business days in transit (does not include prep time) but some outlying areas can take longer. Outlying areas might also be subject to an extra shipping fee. Shipments come from our warehouses in Texas. Depending on where you live, will determine the exact shipment time. Shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information so the shipping company can contact for delivery. Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returns if the shipping company can not contact you due to wrong contact #'s, changed contact #'s, disconnected contact #'s or not returning voicemail's or emails. Customer is also responsible for any address change fees if they do not inform us before the shipment leaves our facility. 

We offer liftgate service at checkout. If you do not choose this but still request it from the carrier we will not approve the liftgate service until you have paid for it. If they provide it and do not notify us, you are still responsible for the cost.  If this delays your shipment and is returned to us, you will be responsible for all fees associated with returning and reshipping your bike.

 

Freight Damage or Missing Item Claims:
All freight is insured. As long as you inspect and notate any damage or missing items at time of delivery, we can file a claim. If you do not do this though, we cannot file a claim on your behalf. Any freight claims filed by Orion Powersports will require the proper documentation to file, i.e. pictures, copy of delivery receipt, etc. If you cannot provide this information, we cannot file a claim on your behalf. We highly recommend taking a picture of your bike unwrapped but still on the pallet, when it arrives, to document exactly how it arrived to you. Damaged parts or missing items will not be replaced until the claim is fully approved by the carriers. This can take up to 90 days in some cases but usually takes 2-4 weeks.

 

Parts:

90% of our parts are shipped thru US Postal Priority 2-4 business day. The rest are shipped thru Fedex & UPS and take on average 4-8 business days to arrive, after they ship. There is no rush shipping on parts at this time.

Can I ship to an alternative address?

Yes we do allow you to ship to an alternative address as long as it follows our delivery address guidelines below. You can enter in a different address when you checkout. We do not deliver bikes to PO Box addresses.

How much is the shipping cost within the continental USA states (parts, apparel & pit bikes)?
On Pit Bikes, ATVs, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, etc, the shipping cost will be determined by where we ship to, what model you order and the quantity. For most parts of the US, it is free shipping on most bikes. All parts & apparel, except heavy or larger items (engines, windshields, etc) are flat rate shipping and depends on your order total.  Any part that will incur extra shipping charges will be noted on the products page, except lift gate fees. Lift gates, if required are additional cost and may be required for larger items. You can add any item(s) to your cart and estimate your shipping cost by adding your state and zip code. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All products are shipped by GROUND or Ground Freight transportation. If you prefer your own shipping method please contact us. Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information so the shipping company can contact for delivery. Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returns if the shipping company can not contact you due to wrong contact #'s, changed contact #'s, disconnected contact #'s or not returning voicemail's or emails. Shipping cost can change at any time without notice and some orders may be subject to additional fees depending on where you live. Some parts of California, Northwest and Northeastern USA and other outlying areas can incur an extended delivery fee depending on exactly where you live. If you are unsure please, you can add items to your shopping cart and get an estimate on shipping before you checkout or email us your zip code and we can confirm if your area will incur extra fees.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes we do.

 

Shipping cost will depend on your specific address. Outlying or remote address may be more. You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's, Fee's, etc.

We can ship parts outside of the USA but please email or call for a rate.

 


What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival?

Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver has to wait). The driver cannot leave without your signature and approval. This means you will need to remove any plastic wrap or box material and inspect the bike. If there is any damage or missing pieces, notify the driver of the damage or missing pieces and mark the Bill of Lading or the Receiving document as "Damaged" or "Missing Parts" or both, even if the driver says otherwise, NOTATE THE DAMAGE IN WRITING. DO NOT reject the shipping at time of delivery. In most cases we can replace parts quickly if there is any damage. Even if its damaged beyond repair, we can still have it returned at a later day. Bikes that are shipped fully assembled will come on a pallet, standing upright., wrapped in cardboard and plastic. Bikes that are shipped un-assembled will come compressed in a metal frame crate, wrapped in cardboard and plastic. We are not responsible for damaged or missing items that you do not signed for as "damaged". We do not refund purchases because of damaged items. If your bike is damaged, you will not receive replacement parts until the claim is approved by the shipping company. If you received a damaged item please contact customer support immediately at info@orionpowersports.com or live chat with us (chat bubble in lower left hand corner of every page).

What warranty do I have on a bike I buy?

Orion Powersports hereby warrants that new bikes purchased from Orion Powersports in the continental United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.

THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY

Pro Prepped bikes:
- 70cc-150cc Air cooled = 12 (twelve) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase
- 250cc Air cooled = 12 (twelve) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase
- Apollo RXF 200, SSR TX models, RXB190 = 3 (three) months from the date of purchase
- All water cooled bikes = 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase

Assembled Bikes:
- 70cc-150cc Air cooled = 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase
- 250cc Air cooled = 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase
- Apollo RXF, SSR TX models, RXB190 =  3 (three) months from the date of purchase, NO ENGINE WARRANTY
- All water cooled bikes = 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from the date of purchase

Non Assembled bikes:

*NO WARRANTY ON PARTS THAT YOU HAVE TO ASSEMBLE. WE ONLY WARRANTY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED BY THE FACTORY BEFORE IT SHIPS.

For electric ATV/pit bike/go carts and 50cc 2 stroke pit bikes, assembled or non assembled, the warranty period is 30 days on applicable items from the date of delivery.

 

We do not cover motor damage from not mixing gas properly on 2 stoke engines. Any pit bike/dirt bike that has had engine modification from Orion Powersports will be subject to a 30 day warranty on the motor, one (1) year structural warranty and/or lifetime frame warranty as it applies to that model (see models that include the lifetime frame warranty below). 

 

The following models have a "lifetime warranty" against manufacturers defects on the frame itself, not related to suspension: OPBS XG. Warranty not available or implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts.

DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY Orion Powersports will free of charge, replace any OEM part adjudged defective by Orion Powersports due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of Orion Powersports. Replacement part(s) are on a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original, damaged part(s) & new parts to and from our location. If warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original, damaged part(s) is received. You have 30 days to return the part(s) once you have been authorized to return them. If parts are not received within 30 days, we will not accept them under warranty. On parts we do receive back, if warranty is denied, customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by customer.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:

  1.      Competition, racing or track use.
  2.      Installation of non OEM parts or accessories
  3.      Installation of components that are not bought directly from Orion Powersports
  4.      Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse.
  5.      Lack of proper maintenance.
  6.      Accident or collision damage.
  7.      Modification of original parts.
  8.      Outside repair or attempt to repair.
  9.      Damage to motor from rider usage.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables, bolt on accessories, hoses, clutches or clutch related components, transmission, piston, cylinder, gas tanks, kick starter or related components, nuts, bolts, shocks, forks, brake shoes, batteries, sprockets, chains, belts, tires, spokes, tubes, etc.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY under this warranty shall be to:

  1.      Appropriately operate and maintain the Bike. For more information of maintenance, please refer to our tech support section.
  2.      Give notice to Orion Powersports of any and all apparent defects within 2 days after discovery, and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at such dealer’s place of business. We require that all parts be shipped back assembled unless otherwise instructed. You have 30 days to return the part after approval or the part will not be covered.
  3.     Be prepared to provide digital photos of any defective parts.


Warranty is non-transferable.

Can I get parts?

Yes. Parts for bikes are available. You can order them directly from us. If you don't see your parts online please email or call us prices and availability. If you order parts online and do not provide a year model, when asked, we will automatically default to the current year model.


How do I work on my bike?

We recommend you find a local motorcycle mechanic for service on your bike. We have even found that a lot of lawn equipment mechanics can fix things on our bikes because they have similar 4 stroke motors. If you are having problems finding a mechanic, email us and we will try to help you as much as possible. We also provide free phone tech support during normal business hours. You can also refer to our tech support section.

Do your bikes require assembly?

Units that offer assembly will come fully assembled unless you choose the unassembled option. We also have the Pro Prep option as well. Please read below for each option description.

Non Assembled (Deducts $50 from published price):

  • Most bikes are 80%-85% assembled, Mini Jeeps/Go Karts & 250cc Bikes/ATVs 65%-70% assembled
  • Bike will come inside a metal frame crate.
  • Will require full assembly and break in and setup when you receive it.
  • Non Assembled bikes DO NOT come with the free starter kit

 

Fully Assembled Bikes (Free with Purchase):

  • Unit will be fully assembled and a light check over
  • Mechanically turn the engine to make sure there is compression
  • Mechanically roll the wheels to make sure the they turn properly
  • We DO NOT start these units and you will need to do the full break in and setup of your bike.
  • Fully assembled units come with the starter kit (2 qts of oil/NGK spark plug)

Pro Prepped Bikes:

Unit will include full assembly plus:

  • Unit will be started and full break in completed, including both oil changes & spark plug changed after break in (you will not receive a starter kit on this service as it is used during break in)
  • brakes adjusted
  • cables adjusted
  • chain adjusted
  • tire pressure adjusted
  • spokes tightened
  • Mikuni carb and upgraded/CDI Box installed if you choose those options on applicable bikes*
  • We still recommend that you keep the bike below 4K RPMs for the first half tank of gas after you receive it

The Works Prep Package:

This package is separate from Pro Prep. This is what is included:

  • Headset bearings greased 
  • Rear shock linkage bearings greased
  • Swing arm bearings greased
  • Grease F/R axles & wheel bearings
  • Loctite all necessary bolts/nuts 
  • This service requires you choose the assembly option

(As a general rule of thumb, on all services above, we still recommend that you check all nuts, bolts, cables, tires, tubes, etc before you ride. Also readjust or maintenance your bike after the first ride or shortly after. Pro Prep/Works prep does not supersede any regular adjustments or future maintenance that would need to be done)

 

NOTE: Every company and every shipment we send out has also been insured. While it is rare, if any damage occurs, your item will be fully covered as long as you inspect the bike and notate any damage.

Is there a refund policy?

Return/Refund of a bike order:    If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase you can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 25% restock fee. Returns are not allowed on units that have been taken off the pallet, uncrated, assembled by the customer or engine started. There are no returns of bikes that have been Pro Prepped or Modified in any way, either by Orion or the customer. You have ten (10) days to return the bike for a refund. We will not accept any bike return after ten (10) days. Orion Powersports is not responsible for licensing or title work in any state. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state for licensing your bike. 

Return/Refund of a part order:    If you are not completely satisfied with your part purchase or your part is defective from the manufacturer, you can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 25% restock fee and our shipping cost if order was over $100. You have thirty (30) days to return parts. We will not accept part returns after thirty (30) days. After (30) days, Orion Powersports has the discretion to either give a store credit for or reject the return all together. Parts must be in new, unused and resellable condition. We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your particular model. We have and reserve the right to refuse a  part return if you ordered the wrong parts. NO RETURNS on OEM parts unless you purchased your bike directly from us. There is no returns on garage sale items, special order, custom parts, electronic parts, motors or tubes. We do not return parts on bike models older than 2015. We do not guarantee part fitment for models older than 2015 All returns have to be pre authorized before you return them. Packages that are received without an authorization will not be accepted by Orion Powersports.

Return/Refund of an apparel order:
We only accept returns on damaged, defective or misprinted items only. We cannot accept returns because of sizing issues. We have a 30-day return policy on eligible returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@orionpowersports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Product must be in original packaging, un-used, brand new condition and must be resalable. We do not accept returns because of color availability, unit not fitting the rider or model upgrades (bike models/colors are subject to change). We try our best to accommodate colors but do not guarantee color choice. If you do not pick a backup color choice where applicable, we will pick one for you based on inventory.  We do not accept returns on pro prepped, works package bikes or custom bikes. Any damage incurred during shipping or otherwise, the product back, will be your responsibility. We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages. All shipments are insured and will be covered if damaged. If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will be responsible for all  shipping cost associated with the return shipping of your product. There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges. Refunds due to return could also be subject to any special/abnormal fees associated with shipping if applicable. (i.e. lift gate service, inside delivery, etc.). We do not return bikes for any state licensing issue. Please check with your DMV on licensing issues as we are not responsible for your states licensing.
