This supports installs between the top of your front tire and the bottom of the
triple clamp to prevent too much fork compression when hauling your bike.
Large is for bikes with 11" or more of travel
Small is for bike with 7-3/4 to 11" of travel (fits most of our bikes)

Great for its purpose
I would highly recommend this to anyone transporting any size bike. I have small and large and they both work perfectly.
